Raees
Junior Coach
Raees first came to us as part of our 1:1 programmes, where he worked with Coach Dan. Raees has now taken to Coaching and has enjoyed time at our Kenley, Croydon and Hayes venues!
Jamarie
Coach
‘Magic’ joined us in 2025 and had an instant impact with the kids! A tricky winger himself, he is always challenging and inspiring the children to try new things!
Connor
Coach
Connor joined WZA in 2025 and has been a hit with the kids ever since. A former Youth Player at Millwall, the experienced Striker has had a long and successful career in non-league and currently plays for Erith & Belvidere.
Dan
Academy Director
Favourite team: Crystal Palace
A former team-mate of Wilfried and UEFA Licensed Football coach, Dan has been Academy Manager since WZA launched in 2021. Away from WZA, Dan is a Premier League Academy coach.
Tom
Coach
Favourite team: Crystal Palace
Coach Tom has been an integral part of WZA since launching in 2021. An expert with our youngest children, Coach Tom has been integral in the Academy’s growth and will be leading our Saturday morning development sessions.
Evellyn
Head Coach

Bringing the Brazillian flair to WZA! Coach Evellyn has been with WZA since our very first day in 2021. Evellyn is a UEFA Licensed Coach, working with children across South London when not at WZA. Inspiring many girls to get involved, Evellyn is a key part of WZA.
Gravlyn

‘5 Guys’ YouTube superstar, Gravs’ joined WZA in our very first summer of 2021. Gravs’ infectious energy and smile make him truly special! Gravlyn is full of enthusiasm and energy and has developed greatly whilst at WZA.
Ricardo
Coach
Coach Ricardo joined the WZA team in 2024, having previously played for the Academy Manager, at Corinthian-Casuals in the Isthmian League. A wealth of Football experience to share with the children, some of Ricardo’s former clubs include Sevenoaks Town and East Grinstead.
Isata
Coach
Coach Ice first joined WZA in 2022 and has been a huge asset ever since! A wealth of coaching and playing experience, Isata has previously played for Crystal Palace, Leyton Orient and Millwall Lioness! Isata owns a football club in Sierra Leone and has previously coached for Crystal Palace girls Academy.
Trey

Favourite team: Arsenal
Trey joined WZA in 2022, working across our Bromley and South Croydon venues. A semi-professional Footballer himself, Leatherhead’s tricky-winger’s previous clubs include Carshalton and Corinthian-Casuals.
Ezra
Coach
Semi-professional Footballer, Ezra joined WZA in 2022. Working across our Bromley and Croydon venues, Leatherhead FC, Braintree Town and Welling United are to name but a few of Ezra’s former clubs.
Ryan

Favourite team: Arsenal
Ryan joined the Academy in 2023 and made an instant impact with the children. Ryan, a semi-professional Footballer has previously played for Corinthian-Casuals and East Grinstead Town! A defender by trade, Ryan provides great insight and detail with his coaching!
Matthew

Favourite team: Chelsea
Coach Matthew joined WZA in 2024 and was an instant hit at Camp Hayes! A Welling United Youth prodigy, Matthew has amazing first hand Footballing experience which has been great to share with the children!
